Returns & Exchanges

At we are committed to provide you with high quality products and the best service! If you are for any reason not satisfied with your purchase, offers a 14 days returns period for an exchange or refund. Purchases can either be returned online or In-Store. Items bought online with ZipPay or Afterpay cannot be refunded in-store (see point 7).

1) Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted, provided

  • Item is unused, undamaged and in original condition and packaging
  • You are able to provide a satisfactory proof of purchase
  • You return your product within 14 days of receipt

2) Excluded from return or exchange

  • Products that have been damaged, modified or tampered with or used contrary to the product’s instructions
  • Products that have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification (unless the product is not fit for purpose or faulty)
  • Suits with missing or bent zipper teeth is as a result of improper handling and therefore not covered by any form of warranty. (RACE SUIT ZIPPER WARRANTY INFORMATION)
  • If you are unable to provide satisfactory Proof of Purchase

3) Returns & Exchange Form

To process your return or exchange as quickly as possible please fill in the Returns & Exchange Form and send a copy together with your item/s in their original packaging to the Returns postal address (point 4).
You can easily edit the form online. Just fill in your details, print it and send it together with your return!


4) Returns postal address

Item(s) should be placed in original box together with a copy of the Returns & Exchange Form and posted to:

5) Order refund:

Refunds for all purchases will be given using your original payment method. Online purchases will automatically be refunded to the account used to pay and will clear approximately two days after the date of processing.

6) Return Shipping Fees

  • The Customer is responsible for the Return Shipping Fees
  • For products that need assessment please contact our Team and we will provide you with a Reply Paid Code (point 8)

7) How long does it take to process my return:

Please allow up to 14 business days from the day we received your parcel for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been completed.

8) Assessing your return

If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent. We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.

9) is not responsible for

  • Returns that are lost in transit or for any return postage charges incurred, therefore we highly recommend you keep your return tracking ID for proof of delivery!
  • Any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of supplied parts.

The Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
